Initial factor I have to point out is that Zappos is a top rated notch company! I originally ordered the Heath boot (in that fantastic maple brown colour), but they had been so sick fitting. I took them on a trip with me with no ever wearing them, huge blunder. As these were the only footwear that I introduced with me I had to put on them, no matter how thick of a sock I wore my foot (particularly the heel) was slipping all over the place. When I returned from my trip I named Zappos and they gave me a 1 time courtesy exchange. I have returned my footwear in the previous, but I have never worn them! This company really takes care of their consumers. I will carry on to be a loyal client to them. OK now as for the Veronica boot, I like them but I do not like them as other reviewers do. The match is nonetheless slipping but not as bad as the Heath. I really feel the heel is generally slipping on most Frye boots that I have attempted. I like the slouch. I bought black but in the long term I will get brown (they appear a small like police boots in black) the brown colour would have been way greater with my wardrobe. Comfort shoe aficionado loves her Fryes - I've been a comfort shoe fanatic for years--but I was entirely seduced by the brilliant look of these boots. I admit I am a boot-a-holic, but have stuck with convenience shoe brands hence significantly. I cherished my Frye "Veronica Slouch" boots in brown so considerably, I wore them out of the box, sizzling off the UPS truck! (I practically tackled the driver.)
